How WhatsApp follow-up works

WhatsApp is a follow-up channel after the ticket is submitted. PakRoute does not open WhatsApp before the request is in the queue because the ticket is the record that powers manual review.

Common questions

Can I start with WhatsApp before opening a ticket?

No. The ticket comes first, then the follow-up can continue on WhatsApp.

Why ask for WhatsApp in the ticket?

It gives the operator a clean route for follow-up once the request has already been qualified.

Does this apply to free and paid requests?

Yes. Both free and paid requests use the same ticket-first rule, even though paid requests are prioritized for stable-access follow-up.
